<div class="ui-form-item ui-form-item-horizontal" data-direction="horizontal"> <div class="ui-form-field lifesuite__rte--display"> <div class="ui-form-field lifesuite__rte--display"> <p>The SAP Practice Leader builds SMX into a go-to partner for federal SAP modernization, with the S/4HANA migration wave as the central growth thesis. SAP ECC mainstream maintenance ends in 2027, which puts DoD and civilian SAP estates into multi-year modernization decisions now. This leader owns the SAP offering, the SAP talent bench, the SAP partner relationship, and the financial results of all SAP work across ESS.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <p>•    Determines strategic vision, operational execution and key performance metrics of the SAP portfolio line of business for market analysis, input for product development, methodology and quality of project delivery, skills and resources demand planning and deployment to projects, etc.<br>•    Responsible for hiring, development, capacity management, career and succession for the resources supporting SAP services and projects. <br>•    Own the P&L and delivery quality for the SAP portfolio, leading the practice directors who run those projects and setting the methodology, governance, quality assurance, and executive escalation standards that protect margin and client outcomes.<br>•    Setting metrics and managing revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, budget and pricing approval of all projects within the SAP line of business. <br>•    Define market positioning, offerings, pipeline in conjunction with growth and product engineering divisions<br>•    Maintain strategic relationships with SAP sales and account representatives and SAP oriented business development leads of partner organizations.<br>•    Define SMX's SAP service offering portfolio: ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion and greenfield, RISE with SAP in secure cloud environments, SAP BTP extensions and integration, sustainment and managed services, and financial audit readiness.<br>•    Provides leadership in ESS Business Unit cross-functional teams and stakeholder management with other business units and executive leadership staff<br>•    Position SMX on the major DoD and civilian SAP modernization vehicles and recompetes, as prime or strategic sub, with a clear teaming strategy against large integrators.<br>•    Build repeatable delivery accelerators: migration assessment, data conversion factory, testing automation, and FIAR/audit-remediation playbooks.<br>•    Coordinate with Solutions & Innovations to identify product roadmaps to meet customer demand. <br>•    Focus employee development in the scarcest skills: S/4HANA finance and logistics, BTP, SAP security and GRC, and cleared SAP architects.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Skills & Experience:</span></strong></p> <p>•    15+ years of SAP experience, including 7+ years leading SAP programs or a practice of 50+ people.<br>•    Led at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA or large ECC implementation from design through go-live.<br>•    Track record of winning and growing federal SAP work, with personal ownership of capture outcomes.<br>•    Deep familiarity with federal financial management (USSGL, FIAR/audit readiness, DoD FM or civilian agency financial systems).<br>•    Experience owning revenue and margin for a business line.<br>•    Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; Top Secret preferred for DoD work.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Desired Skills & Experience:</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">•    Established relationships in Army, Navy, Air Force, DLA, or major civilian SAP estates.<br>•     experience with RISE with SAP or NS2-hosted environments.<br>•    Prior leadership in a mid-tier federal integrator competing against larger primes.<br>•    Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">#</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> LI-SA1</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">#CJPOST</span></p> </div> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
