This role will focus on driver onboarding, day-to-day driver operations, incentive program management, and solving operational challenges through data-driven and creative approaches.<br>This position is suitable for candidates with a <strong>data analytics background</strong> who are interested in combining analysis with real-world operations.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Manage and optimize <strong>driver operations</strong>, including onboarding, activation, and daily performance monitoring<br>Design, manage, and evaluate <strong>driver incentive programs</strong> to improve supply, retention, and efficiency<br>Identify, analyze, and resolve <strong>daily operational issues</strong> impacting delivery performance<br>Use <strong>SQL</strong> to extract, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making<br>Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to driver supply, quality, and cost<br>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Tech, Finance) to improve delivery processes</div> <ul> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives through <strong>creative problem-solving and program design</strong></li> <li>Support scaling of delivery operations through structured programs and operational frameworks</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience as a data analyst<strong>, Operations Specialist, or similar role</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong SQL skills</strong> (mandatory) for data extraction and analysis</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>problem-solving and creative thinking skills</strong></li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment</li> <li>Solid communication skills and stakeholder management ability</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience in <strong>delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Experience designing or managing incentive programs</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Language Requirements</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>English</strong>: Business level (required)</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p>
