Troubleshoots escalations.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Identifies technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and designs mitigation plans.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Provides executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Owns stabilization phase, defect closure, and handover to support.
