We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.</div>Location: On-Site in Gilbert, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Compensation Range: $19 - $21 per hour plus $2 per hour shift differential Position Overview: The Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day sterile lab operations and receive exposure to various workflows within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li data-path-to-node="2,0,0">Lab Support & Compound Prep: Assist compounders with essential prep tasks, including bottling compounded products (manually or via automation), labeling finished goods, counting capsules, and washing equipment.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2,0,0">Packaging & Quality Control: Pack finished non-sterile dosage forms (pumps, Topiclicks, sublingual bottles/bags, capsules, and troches) accurately in compliance with Strive quality standards.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2,0,0">Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor, restock, and stage laboratory supplies, components, and packaging materials to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent operational delays; flag low stock, discrepancies, or damaged materials.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2,0,0">Cleaning & Compliance: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly lab cleaning and housekeeping activities in strict adherence to Strive SOPs and USP <795>/<800> guidelines; strictly follow all garbing, PPE, and hazardous drug handling protocols.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2,0,0">Documentation & Team Support: Complete data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets, and perform other duties as assigned to support overall team operations.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul> <li data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Education & Licensure: High School Diploma/GED; active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License (or willingness to obtain one prior to start).</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Physical & Compliance Requirements: Able to wear all required PPE (including masks, gloves, gowns, hairnets, beard covers, safety goggles, and shoe covers) and lift/move lab items weighing up to 50 pounds.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul data-path-to-node="12"> <li> Prior experience in a pharmacy or lab environment </li> </ul> Work Environment: This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment.
