You'll collect evidence, write reports, help with claims, and sometimes even show up in court. The role also includes some admin tasks, using tech tools, and responding to calls in the field. If you're detail-oriented, good with people, and great at solving problems, this could be a great fit.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May need to meet with potential new clients and obtain signatures on contracts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Examining physical evidence such as skid marks, debris fields, and impact points to determine what happened in an accident.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Search for accident videos and coordinate with Crash Production to obtain Scene Photos, Drive-Throughs of Area, Traffic Light Sequences, P.D Photos, Injury Photos.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interviewing witnesses to an accident to gather information about how it occurred, what happened immediately before it occurred, and other details.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Determining whether any laws or regulations were violated during the course of an accident investigation, and recommending appropriate action be taken against the violators.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reviewing records such as medical reports, autopsy reports, genetic test results, insurance claims, and vehicle registration documents to determine liability in a personal injury claim.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interviewing victims of accidents to obtain information about their injuries and the impact the injuries have on their lives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conducting research on accident causes and prevention methods, including studying engineering and design flaws in vehicles or roadways.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preparing detailed reports that include information about the accident circumstances, findings of fact, conclusions, and recommendations for preventing future similar accidents.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Investigate traffic accidents; initiate proper assistance, including wreckers, ambulances, fire department personnel, and law enforcement.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist disabled motorists and aid in the removal of abandoned vehicles that obstruct roadways.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Respond to dispatched assignments.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain assigned vehicles, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper working order.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
