Reporting to the Supplier Industrialization Manager, Drive Unit & Metals, you will own manufacturing readiness, technical risk reduction, process validation, and launch execution across assigned commodities. You will partner directly with suppliers and Lucid teams to ensure processes are capable, scalable, and prepared to deliver production-quality components on schedule. Success in this role includes timely APQP and PPAP execution, demonstrated capacity and process capability, disciplined closure of supplier risks, and stable launch performance. This is an opportunity to influence both component design and supplier manufacturing strategy across next-generation electric powertrain programs.  What You’ll Own  <ul> <li data-leveltext=""
