<p><br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>We are seeking a Senior Document Control Specialist to support the IPP (Intellectual Property & Projects) group. This role will lead document control strategy and execution across complex projects, ensuring all intellectual property, land, and project documentation is managed in compliance with regulatory and government standards.</p>
<p>This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in EDMS and document control processes, with a strong focus on land, right-of-way (ROW), property, and government-regulated documentation. The role requires both hands-on execution and process leadership.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise in EDMS, and hands-on experience managing complex document environments.</p>
<p><strong>Mission</strong></p>
<p><br>This senior role is critical to ensuring the integrity, compliance, and accessibility of IPP documentation—particularly across land, property, and government-regulated records. </p>
<p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee document control processes within the Electronic Document Management<br>System (EDMS).</li>
<li>Establish and improve document control standards, workflows, and governance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with government, regulatory, and commercial documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Manage documentation related to land acquisition, right-of-way (ROW), property records, and<br>permitting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with legal, land, commercial, engineering, and project management teams.</li>
<li>Ensure audit-ready, accurately versioned, and properly archived documentation.</li>
<li>Identify risks and gaps in document control processes and implement improvements.</li>
<li>Support audits, due diligence, and regulatory reviews.</li>
<li>Drive best practices for document lifecycle management.</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in document control in regulated or complex environments.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).</li>
<li>Proven experience with government document control standards and compliance.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with land, right-of-way (ROW), and property documentation.</li>
<li>Experience supporting commercial, land, infrastructure, or government-related projects.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead processes and collaborate cross-functionally.</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint and Procore.</li>
</ul>
