Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</p></div><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>The Corporate Development Manager – Capital Markets plays a central role in shaping and executing Nebius’s capital formation strategy across debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the company’s rapid expansion through financing strategy, transaction execution, and capital structure analysis.</p> <p>The position requires strong technical expertise in capital markets, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external financing counterparties. The role will work closely with leadership as well as cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Infrastructure.
