About the Role

<p><strong>Receptionist</strong></p> <p>Warwick Animal Hospital&nbsp;is hiring a full-time front-desk receptionist to&nbsp;be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. We are looking for a customer service professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is passionate about animal care.</p> <p><strong>What to Expect</strong></p> <p>As you join our team, expect to be supported in your work and home life with:</p> <ul> <li>A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Paid time off and a 401(k) plan for full-time employees</li> <li>Professional development opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary: </strong>$13.00 - $15.00</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>35-40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 7:00 to 6:00 PM<br>Saturday 7:00 to 12:00</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.</li> <li>Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.</li> <li>Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.</li> <li>Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li> <li>Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#CSR</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#CSR</span></p>
