We started with voice — the hardest and most valuable channel in insurance — and are now expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims. Our long-term vision is to build reasoning agents capable of handling the entire spectrum of insurance carrier and broker operations. We've raised $72M to date, including a $50M Series B in October 2025, backed by top-tier venture firms.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><strong><br></strong>The <strong>Senior Solutions Engineer</strong> will bridge the gap between our product team and client-facing teams. You will be the technical face of Liberate, ensuring seamless integration of our AI solutions into insurer environments. You’ll partner with sales, customer success, and engineering to translate customer requirements into solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.</p>
<p>This is a customer-facing, high-impact role with influence across pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales expansion.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Pre-Sales Partnering</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with sales and AI deployment to scope insurer requirements and design AI-driven solutions.</li>
<li>Present Liberate’s technical architecture, security standards, and integration pathways to CIO/CTO/IT stakeholders.</li>
<li>Build tailored demos and prototypes to illustrate product fit and value.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Solution Design & Implementation</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Assess insurer core systems (policy admin, claims, billing) and design integration paths.</li>
<li>Lead technical onboarding, including SSO, APIs, and workflow configuration.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on guidance during deployments to ensure seamless implementation.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Customer Advocacy & Expansion</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as trusted technical advisor, guiding insurers on best practices for AI adoption.</li>
<li>Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for advanced AI agents and APIs.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and relay it to Product for roadmap prioritization.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Thought Leadership</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Represent Liberate at industry events and client workshops.</li>
<li>Create technical documentation, playbooks, and integration guides for insurers.<br><br></li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7–10+ years in <strong>solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise technical consulting</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong experience with <strong>insurance technology ecosystems</strong> (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, One Inc., Insuresoft, Sapiens, etc.).</li>
<li>Technical proficiency with <strong>APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data integration</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience leading enterprise implementations with <strong>multiple stakeholders</strong> across business and IT.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills—able to translate complex AI/technical concepts to non-technical insurance executives.</li>
<li>Startup-ready: high ownership, urgency, and adaptability.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to <strong>AI/ML platforms, automation, or NLP technologies</strong>.</li>
<li>Background in high-growth startups or insurtech vendors.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>insurance compliance, data security, and regulatory frameworks</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p>Salary Information: $150,000 to $185,000 base salary (depending on experience and location), plus stock and commission</p>
