This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Principal Consultant within the Securities Services team, you will lead fund administration transformation projects across fund accounting, operations, and securities services for top-tier financial institution&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div> <div>Lead large-scale<strong> transformation programmes across fund administration, transfer agency, middle office</strong>, and securities operations.&nbsp;</div> </div> </li> <li> <div>Provide deep subject matter expertise across Fund Admin processes, controls, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Act as a senior advisor to clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and delivery roadmaps across the fund administration lifecycle.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Mentor and guide consulting teams, helping to build a strong and scalable capability within the practice.</div> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>10+ years experience in banking / consulting covering securities services/capital markets, with strong expertise in&nbsp;<strong>Fund Administration</strong>, Fund Accounting, and related operational processes.</div> </li> <li>Strong consulting background with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology&nbsp;</li> <li> <div>Strong track record leading <strong>large-scale fund administration transformation programmes</strong>, including operating model redesign, process re‑engineering, and platform modernization.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong programme and project leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring high‑quality delivery.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Proven experience in driving sales, business development, and practice growth</strong>, including strong client relationship, opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal leadership.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience contributing to practice development, including frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and leading financial services in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
