In this role, you’ll become a ROKA product expert - deeply understanding and communicating our technology, design, and performance ethos. You’ll build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent ROKA through personalized, high-impact sales initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support ROKA sales initiatives - including but not limited to in corporate, wholesale, and inside sales efforts</li> <li>Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close opportunities that meet or exceed sales targets</li> <li>Develop customized proposals that highlight ROKA’s unique value proposition and product performance</li> <li>Work cross functionally with multiple departments ensure product availability and flawless product delivery</li> <li>Source and contact new and existing customers for sales opportunities</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering exceptional service and follow-through</li> <li>Oversee existing B2B accounts; refining current processes and strategies&nbsp;</li> <li>Represent ROKA at events or trade shows as needed</li> <li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends</li> <li>Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional sales experience in eyewear, consumer goods, or a relevant market / category</li> <li>Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li> <li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities</li> <li>Existing buyer relationships are a major plus</li> <li>Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong></p> <p>ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA.
