What you do here will not only define your career but help further Armada’s mission to bridge the digital divide for customers around the world.&nbsp;</div> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><div><strong>About the role</strong></div> <p><span data-teams="true">We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Product leader to lead our AI product development initiatives and drive the creation of cutting-edge AI solutions for our Industrial and Public Sector customers.</span></p> <p><span data-teams="true">As the Director of AI Products, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our AI product strategy. You will interact closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, platform engineers, designers, and sales and marketing functions, to bring our AI vision to life and deliver transformative AI solutions to our industrial and public sector customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our AI products meet customer needs, drive business growth, and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will build and own the roadmap for all AI products including user experience and prioritize opportunities through a consistent framework based on feasibility and value.</span></p> <div> <p><strong>Location. </strong>This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington&nbsp;office.&nbsp;</p> </div> <p><strong>What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals in bringing AI transformation to important industries.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the AI space. Gather insights from the partner eco-system, system integrators and key technology providers and complimentary players in the market.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Customer Insights: Interact with customers and partners, gather and analyze opportunities, requirements, and pain points to inform AI product development.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Product Roadmap: Create and manage the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and business needs.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ML and platform engineering, design, sales, finance and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and launch of AI products.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Product Development: Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI initiatives.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Product Launch: Lead the go-to-market strategy for AI products, including pricing, customer contracts, positioning, and marketing efforts.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop with internal stakeholders and customers to continuously improve AI products.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that AI products comply with relevant regulations and ethical considerations, including data privacy and bias mitigation.</span></li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">At least 10 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing AI products over the last 5 years.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts including a strong understanding of various AI and ML models, techniques, and applications including image classifiers, transformers, neural nets, deep learning, generative AI.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong B2B Enterprise experience, and experience working with large industrial and/or public sector customers.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience in product management of IoT Products such as drones, cameras, sensors, body cams etc. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Domain knowledge of one of the following is highly desired: Industrial Automation, Asset Performance Management, Oil &amp; Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, State and Local agencies, Defense. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience building product UI and UX in collaboration with design team. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills to senior executive audiences.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Customer-centric mindset with a keen sense of user experience.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp;
