You will own the roadmap for how our global network architecture communicates across constellations and terrestrial nodes, ensuring that Armada remains the most resilient and connected platform in existence.  </div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>About the role </div> <div> This is a high-stakes leadership role at the intersection of aerospace, telecommunications, and cloud software. As the Director of Product, you will define the standard for Global Data Transport. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle of our SATCOM hardware integrations, multi-node mesh networking architectures, and the commercial strategy for bandwidth orchestration across major LEO and GEO constellations.  You will work closely with our engineering teams to build products that abstract the complexity of satellite handovers, atmospheric interference, and dynamic mesh routing into a seamless, high-performance experience for our customers.  Location: This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.   </div>   What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Product Strategy & Roadmap  <ul> <li>Define and own the product strategy for a SaaS platform focused on networking, connectivity, and infrastructure management </li> <li>Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for platform capabilities across cloud, edge, and satellite environments </li> <li>Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into differentiated product offerings </li> <li>Lead the product-level relationship with satellite constellation operators and terminal manufacturers to ensure Armada’s technology is always at the forefront of next-gen hardware capabilities. </li> </ul> SaaS Platform Development  <ul> <li>Design and deliver multi-tenant SaaS products, including user interfaces, APIs, and control planes </li> <li>Define core platform capabilities such as provisioning, orchestration, monitoring, alerting, and analytics </li> <li>Develop pricing models and service tiers (usage-based, subscription, enterprise contracts) </li> <li>Drive product decisions around scalability, reliability, and security for enterprise customers </li> </ul> Networking & Connectivity Domain  <ul> <li>Define product requirements for managing distributed networks, including satellite, fiber, 5G, and hybrid connectivity </li> <li>Translate complex networking concepts (e.g., QoS, routing, policy, security) into intuitive software experiences </li> <li>Partner with engineering to build software-defined networking and infrastructure management capabilities </li> <li>Stay current on trends in networking, satellite communications, edge computing, and cloud infrastructure </li> </ul> Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership  <ul> <li>Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products </li> <li>Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration </li> <li>Define and track key metrics including adoption, usage, reliability, and customer satisfaction </li> <li>Collaborate with customers and partners to validate product direction and ensure strong product-market fit </li> </ul>   Required Qualifications <ul> <li>Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
