This is your chance to shine and make a real impact!</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.</li> <li>Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.</li> <li>Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.</li> <li>Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.</li> <li>Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>GED or high school diploma.</li> <li>An active Arizona State Technician License</li> <li>Current and valid <strong>PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) </strong>certification is required.</li> <li>A clean criminal record with no felonies.</li> <li>Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards</li> <li>Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat channels.</li> <li>A collaborative, team-first mindset that aligns with Strive's culture of "Striving With Heart"</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <p>This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment.
