<p><strong>As a Project Controls Specialist,</strong> you will work with Operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes. Critical for success are problem- solving and organization. The abilities to work independently and consistently meet deadlines are a must.</p>

<p><strong>What it takes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 1-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel</li>
<li>General knowledge of accounting and business operations</li>
<li>A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Proven ability to use data to drive process improvement</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 50% for jobsite visits and meetings</li>
