Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of requirements management tools and processes, promoting best practices within the organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborates with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients, to gather, analyze, and translate high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creates clear and concise requirement documents, including functional specifications, system requirements, and design specifications, while maintaining traceability between requirements and project deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manages changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle and supports the assessment of their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops substantiation and safety documents (e.g., Functional Hazard Assessment, System Safety Analysis, Equipment Qualification Summaries, Functional Test Procedures), creates verification test plans based on requirements, and participates in validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identifies and assesses risks related to requirements, proposes mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identifies and reports metrics related to requirements management to project leaders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work, and working full shifts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Systems Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
