<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The VIP Interior Mechanic III works under minimal supervision to safely perform removals, installations and fabrication of VIP aircraft interiors. This senior‑level mechanic leads by example, oversees less‑experienced technicians, and ensures that all work meets company and regulatory standards for quality, safety and craftsmanship.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee and co‑sign for uncertified mechanics in accordance with company procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate on‑the‑job training to provide learning opportunities through work assignments and mentoring.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist leads with planning, production, and quality assurance of assigned projects.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Gather information to submit to Engineering as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manufacture and fabricate monuments and interior components from raw materials including wood, honeycomb, fiberglass, sheet metal and veneers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fabricate, trim, and install interior components such as galleys, bulkheads, doors, side ledges, game, and conference tables.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, equipment manuals and work orders to perform duties.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform troubleshooting and repairs to inspect incoming cabinetry and interior components, removals, inventory, and protection.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments as necessary.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate effectively with maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co‑workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Complete job assignments in a timely manner, including on‑the‑job training forms and required reading.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a clean work area, ensure regular and prompt attendance and conduct effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain necessary certifications, licenses, and permits as required for assigned work.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure working environment is deemed safe for access and job task performance via Hazardous Energy and Lock Out /Tag systems applications.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six years Four to six years recent applicable installation, fabrication, or related experience on VIP aircraft interiors. Applicable Repairman, Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred; or ability to obtain.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In‑depth knowledge of VIP aircraft interior installation and fabrication processes, including removal and installation of galleys, cabinets, bulkheads, sidewalls, and decorative components.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with composite materials such as wood, honeycomb, fiberglass, sheet metal and veneers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to identify problems and implement solutions.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The expected WA salary range for this position is between $75,808,000.00 - $104,236.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
