This individual will be responsible for driving U.S. brand strategy,in-line marketing execution, and launch planning for both current and future assets within the oncology portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 5 years of U.S.-based in-line and launch marketing experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred.    Key Responsibilities:    Brand Strategy & Execution  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy and tactics for in-line and pipeline brands, aligning with oncology business unit and overall commercial objectives </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage day-to-day brand operations, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, promotional tactics and materials </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead the brand planning process for inline and pipeline brands  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and market dynamics to optimize marketing strategy and inform tactical pivots </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage marketing budget in support of financial objectives  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plan and execute promotional activities at relevant external congresses and meetings    </li> </ul> Portfolio Management  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee a portfolio of products at various lifecycle stages (pre-launch, launch, growth, maturity) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Prioritize and allocate resources across brands to maximize impact and ROI </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure brand consistency while tailoring approaches to product-specific needs and market segments.   </li> </ul> Launch Planning & Readiness  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In collaboration with project management office, lead cross-functional launch readiness efforts for new indications or products within the oncology portfolio </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with key stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant promotional and educational content </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and manage U.S. launch timelines, training materials, and field execution strategies.   </li> </ul> Stakeholder & Team Collaboration  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as a key liaison between marketing and the field force, driving alignment on strategy and messaging </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with medical affairs, commercial operations, forecasting, trade, finance, supply and other relevant functions to ensure appropriate resources and organizational alignment on short and long terms business objectives  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage with KOLs and gather market insights to inform brand planning and positioning.   </li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> 5+ years of in-line marketing and launch experience in U.S. pharma/biotech markets is required </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oncology experience strongly preferred </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven ability to manage multiple brands or indications simultaneously </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, communication skills, strong sense of accountability </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, evolving organization with a hands-on and collaborative approach </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
