We seek highly motivated individuals with the dedication, integrity, and creative spirit needed to thrive in our organization.</div>  About the Role  We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Marketing, US Oncology to lead the strategic and tactical marketing efforts across a portfolio of products within our growing commercial organization. This individual will be responsible for driving US oncology brand strategy, in-line marketing execution, and launch planning for pipeline assets across the oncology portfolio. They will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple brands and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 7 years of U.S.-based marketing experience within the Oncology space. This individual will lead a small team of brand leads.    Key Responsibilities:  Brand Strategy & Execution  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee marketing activities for all products within the Oncology Franchise and manage the brand team  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead annual brand planning process, develop and execute integrated marketing plans for in-line brands and pipeline brands, aligning with corporate and commercial objectives. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage day-to-day brand operations of the marketing team, ensuring timely development, production and execution of campaigns, messaging, and materials that optimize brand awareness and performance relative to established brand goals </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and market dynamics to optimize marketing strategy and inform tactical pivots. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Working with finance and forecasting develop short and long term forecasts </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with insights team on conducting primary research and assessing secondary research data to garner market insights and inform brand strategy </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage the topline revenue forecast while effectively managing gross to nets </li> </ul>  Portfolio Management  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee a portfolio of products at various lifecycle stages (pre-launch, launch, growth, maturity). </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prioritize and allocate resources across brands to maximize impact and ROI. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure brand consistency while tailoring approaches to product-specific needs and market segments. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with sales training, commercial functional partners, medical and legal teams on developing and implementing commercial training for the franchise. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Continually assess competitive marketplace to anticipate changes in the future landscape so that strategies can be revised accordingly. </li> </ul> Launch Planning & Readiness  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partnering with the launch excellence lead, lead cross-functional launch readiness efforts for new indications or products within the portfolio. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with key stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant promotional and educational content. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and manage North America launch timelines, training materials, and field execution strategies. </li> </ul> Stakeholder & Team Collaboration  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as a key liaison between marketing and the field force, driving alignment on strategy and messaging. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage with KOLs and gather market insights to inform brand planning and positioning. </li> </ul>  Required Skills and Experience  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, within those 7+ years of in-line marketing / launch experience in U.S. in Oncology </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven ability to manage multiple brands or indications simultaneously </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prior experience with direct reports and team management  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in managing P&Ls </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must exhibit leadership skills, ability to manage appropriately in a fast paced environment and the ability to influence without authority </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Broad commercial leader who thinks strategically and drives execution/results; experience in sales and other areas within commercial is highly desired  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Track record of being able to manage financials including budget, Gross to Nets and resource allocation </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to develop executive level updates and narratives  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving organization with a hands-on and collaborative approach. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams, driving them towards achieving common goals in a fast paced evolving organization  </li> </ul> Work Environment & Travel:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
