<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Solution Engineer</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>THE PROBLEM YOU'LL SOLVE</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The deals that matter most at Vim don't come with a clear scope attached. They come with a strategic partner, a big problem, and an expectation that someone will figure it out. That someone is you. You'll define what gets built, align the teams that build it, and own the outcome.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own the full solution cycle for Vim's most strategic partnerships</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Lead technical pre-sales for strategic partners, </strong>shaping raw leads from senior leadership into structured, actionable solution proposals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Map enterprise needs to platform capabilities,</strong> identifying where standard configuration ends and custom professional services begin.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Define solution scope and success metrics</strong>, prioritizing long-term partner value over quick wins.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Build technical assets that move deals forward </strong>— architecture diagrams, prototypes, and implementation plans that instill confidence.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Manage delivery from discovery through launch, </strong>keeping internal engineering, product, and partner stakeholders in sync across complex, multi-workstream projects.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Communicate across every level of the org </strong>— translating technical constraints for C-suite decision-makers and business strategy for engineering teams.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Strategic partners launch faster, stay longer, and expand</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic partners move from discovery to deployment without losing momentum or scope.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solutions are built for scale, not just the immediate ask</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Internal teams trust your judgment on what's feasible, what's worth building, and what isn't.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOU SHOULD APPLY IF</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You turn ambiguous problems into elegant, executable solutions</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You have 3-5 years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, </strong>ideally in enterprise SaaS or health tech.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Experience form Healthcare or Health tech</strong>- highly desired </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You can structure a solution from a loosely defined problem</strong> — and drive cross-functional alignment to execute it.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You've managed complex projects with external clients and internal engineers </strong>and kept both sides on track.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You can prototype and speak the language of engineers, </strong>then walk into a C-suite and make the business case stick.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You care about long-term partner outcomes, </strong>not just closing the deal.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You've worked in or adjacent to healthcare technology </strong>— you don't need it explained to you.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOU SHOULD NOT APPLY IF</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This role isn't for everyone</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You need a fully defined playbook before you can execute — </strong>ambiguity is the norm here, not the exception.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You're not comfortable with technical depth —</strong> you'll need to prototype, review engineering work, and make credible tradeoff decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You struggle to adapt communication style</strong> — one week you're presenting to a Chief Medical Officer, the next you're in a sprint review.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You've never operated in a fast-moving startup environment </strong>— priorities shift, and speed matters.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOU'LL STAND OUT IF</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Signals we look for</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You can walk through a deal you lost with specific process changes you'd make, not generic lessons about "qualifying better."</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You've sold something genuinely new, a category-creating product that required you to teach the buyer why the problem existed before they'd consider a solution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You've navigated a deal that nearly died in procurement and brought it back to closed without escalating to your CEO.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have a specific, articulate perspective on how AI is reshaping the enterprise sales motion, tooling, process, and buyer engagement.</span></li>
</ul>
