We are a team of engineers, operators, entrepreneurs, and partners driven by a shared ambition to set the new performance standard for renewable energy and grid resilience.   About the Role – Engineering Technician We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Technician to support test, validation, and prototyping activities across our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) development lifecycle. This role exists to bridge hands-on execution and engineering support as we accelerate battery and power electronics systems from concept to production. You will work closely with Test Engineers, Design & Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to execute tests, assemble fixtures, collect and analyze data, and help improve processes across the development lifecycle. This role blends hands-on test execution with engineering support and cross-functional collaboration at a fast-moving, early-stage energy company.
