<p data-start="266" data-end="677"><strong data-start="266" data-end="278">The Role</strong><br data-start="278" data-end="281">As a Consultant or Senior Consultant within Capital Markets Regulatory Change, you will work with leading financial institutions to deliver critical regulatory initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to support large-scale transformation programs, helping clients meet regulatory requirements while improving operational efficiency and resilience.</p>

<li data-section-id="l6piut" data-start="1266" data-end="1405">Experience in capital markets with understanding of front-to-back functions (e.g., Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance)</li>
<li data-section-id="q7xghs" data-start="1406" data-end="1486">Knowledge of key products such as OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, or Equities</li>
<li data-section-id="hkkj4s" data-start="1487" data-end="1594">Experience delivering regulatory or large-scale change programs within consulting or financial services</li>
<li data-section-id="1ka3t2x" data-start="1595" data-end="1666">Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills</li>
