THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Wishlist team in São Paulo. This role involves managing relationships with our most crucial accounts in Brazil, functioning as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and disruptive projects, with a strong emphasis on organization, processes, and growth. The Wishlist area is pivotal, dealing directly with our top-tier partners, requiring a highly strategic approach to maintain and enhance these key relationships YOUR IMPACT <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance our value proposition for clients and users.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with our partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans to drive their business growth, acting as a key account manager. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Act as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for our partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify opportunities to enhance commercial terms to increase business volume for our partners and profitability in our marketplace, working closely with the Commercial Finance, Value Management and Marketing team.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Enhance user experience by leading integration efforts with our key partners.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish partnerships with potential new partners that would have a significant impact for clients and users.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Facilitate and lead key meetings with partners on a wide range of topics, including presentations, commercial agreements, planning, and projects. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Previous relevant commercial and business development background; </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">High level of English in a professional environment;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills (communication, negotiation, convincing, argumentation);</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling with a focus on achieving goals;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactive: independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
