<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for a talented<strong> Legal Counsel</strong> who is passionate about B2B sales and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-moving international environment, with a wide variety of contractual and commercial duties. The role involves work across multiple European countries.This role can be based in Italy, Spain, or the UK, giving you the flexibility to choose between three dynamic and exciting locations. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contractual agreements with the company’s partners and participate in meetings</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee contract review and escalation processes, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate and clarify contractual terms to align with regional legal and business requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement legal playbooks in collaboration with other business areas.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Clearly explain contract terminology and conduct legal training sessions and workshops for internal teams, providing general guidance on the subjects under their responsibility.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support high-volume legal demands from different business units, ensuring efficiency and compliance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Anticipate, identify, and mitigate legal risks and potential contingencies, suggesting preventive measures to avoid legal disputes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a trusted advisor and provide responsive legal advice to business areas to further the company's business and protect its interests.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Law Degree (obtained in any European Country).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, data protection and legal negotiations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of proven work experience in a law firm or in-house legal roles within multinational companies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in contract review, negotiation, and general advisory.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with AI and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, simple and concise manner to all levels of the organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid judgment and business acumen.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Native or Fluent English and French is mandatory.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational skills to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.</span></li>
