<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Within our Professional Services (PS) organization, we are looking for organized individuals that want to help carry out the PS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda! Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">As a Professional Services Implementation Consultant (IC) you are an integral part of the customer experience team and will focus on the most critical phase of the customer journey with QGenda, ensuring proper configuration for our Credentialing and Payor Enrollment products. Your primary objectives are to build QGenda products according to data requirements and ensuring constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation phase. You will be implementing our Credentialing and Payer Enrollment products. You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">As a critical member of the Professional Services organization, you will complete configuration according to customers’ success criteria determined during the onboarding process. You will use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes and ensure transfer of configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization. You will work collectively with all teams throughout QGenda to meet the customer's “go live” expectations. </span></p>
<h2><span style="color: rgb(31, 123, 182);"><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact </strong></span><strong><br></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Configures QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Customer Success team</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Prepares for and leads implementation & customer training calls as appropriate, documents final configuration of QGenda setup, and transfers knowledge effectively to Customer Success</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Work cross functionally with (Technical Account Managers) TAM’s, Project Coordinators and Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) and other QGenda resources, to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP)</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Escalate to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</span></li>

<h2><span style="color: rgb(31, 123, 182);"><strong>Experience You Bring </strong></span><strong><br></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Bachelor’s degree</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Experience or exposure to Provider Credentialing </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Ability to travel 20-25% for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software as well as Google Suite Products</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="color: rgb(31, 123, 182);"><strong>Not Required, but Nice to Have</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Engineering or other technical degree </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);"><span style="color: rgb(78, 77, 77);">Experience/exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystem</span></li>
