Summer 2027 Traveling Construction Safety Internship at Keeley Construction

Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.</strong></span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Keeley Construction is looking for a <strong>Safety Intern</strong> to join Keeley Construction for Summer 2027.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in coordination of safety duties in such areas as safety committees, preplanning meetings and toolbox meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in training at safety meetings, toolbox meetings and orientations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in review of subcontractor safety programs for completeness and compliance with Keeley’s policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in promoting safe work practices and safe working conditions in accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and owner/contractual requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in conducting jobsite and work area inspections with the Project Safety Manager or Superintendent.
