Kids Director at Christ Fellowship

<p>The <strong>Christ Fellowship Kids Director</strong> provides leadership and care for all things Christ Fellowship Kids from babies – 4th grade.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading and developing staff teams and volunteers so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.</li> <li>Creating and maintaining a strong “ALL IN”&nbsp; team culture.</li> <li>Growing campus attendance by implementing our Central Kids Team strategy.</li> <li>Ensuring the proper implementation of curriculum, policies, and procedures as directed by the Central Kids Team. (Weekends and Kids U)</li> <li>Ensuring volunteers and staff members align with our mission, vision, and values.&nbsp;</li> <li>Direct the implementation of milestones (i.e. Spiritual Steps).</li> <li>Contributing to or assisting with Central Kids initiatives as needed.</li> <li>Attending weekly CF staff meetings and Christ Fellowship Kids department meetings, as required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Capturing kids and family stories of life change – grab a box of tissues for this!</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A college graduate, preferably with a ministry degree, kid’s ministry related or equivalent.</li> <li>3 years of leadership experience in kids’ ministry.</li> </ul> <p><strong>JOB SPECS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Classification: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to: Campus Pastor</p>
