Kids Dream Team & Midweek Discipleship Coordinator at Christ Fellowship

<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The Christ Fellowship Kids<strong> Dream Team and Midweek Discipleship Coordinator</strong> supports the <strong>Kids Ministry </strong>by ensuring the effective implementation of the volunteer onboarding process and Kids midweek programming at the <strong>Christ Fellowship Español Campus</strong>.</p> <p><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving the volunteer onboarding process in accordance with Central objectives, procedures, and philosophy, including our SERVE strategy.</li> <li>Coordinating and helping implement volunteer recruiting training and appreciation strategies and initiatives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Supporting Area Coordinators as they build their Dream Teams (volunteer teams).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Overseeing midweek Kids discipleship initiatives, including the execution of curriculum, small groups, and engaging activities in accordance with Central Kids objectives, philosophy, and processes.</li> <li>Supporting the supervision of midweek programming, including onboarding, equipping, and scheduling of the Kids Care Providers, and recruiting for the Kids Dream Team (volunteer team).</li> <li>Ensuring families experience a midweek ministry full of faith, family, and fun!&nbsp;</li> <li>Providing vision, oversight, and accountability to midweek staff and Dream Team (volunteers).&nbsp;</li> <li>Fulfilling administrative duties as requested by the campus Kids Director.</li> <li>Assisting in the planning and execution of Kids ministry events.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Attending weekly staff meetings and department meetings as directed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p> <p>College graduate or degree in progress.</p> <p><strong>RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienced with 1 year in a kids’ ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.</li> <li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>JOB SPECS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Classification: Full-time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights.</p> <p>Reporting to: Kids Director at the Christ Fellowship Español Campus.</p>
