By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a Part-Time Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help grow Tia’s expanded dermatology and aesthetics offerings in Los Angeles.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an aesthetics provider who is passionate about women’s health, whole-person care, and patient-centered aesthetic medicine.</p> <p>This role will begin as a part-time position, approximately 8 to 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as patient demand grows. You believe aesthetic medicine should feel safe, personalized, inclusive, and rooted in shared decision-making.</p> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about women’s health, dermatology, aesthetics, and whole-person care</li> <li>Skilled at building trust with patients and helping them feel heard, informed, and empowered</li> <li>Experienced in performing aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins</li> <li>Thoughtful, safety-minded, and committed to excellent clinical outcomes</li> <li>Comfortable using technology and adapting to new systems and workflows</li> <li>Aligned with Tia’s commitment to sex-positive, judgment-free, radically inclusive healthcare</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant</li> <li>Active, unrestricted California license</li> <li>Experience providing aesthetic medical services, including neurotoxins</li> <li>2+ years of experience in aesthetics</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience providing care across diverse communities and patient populations</li> <li>Training or experience in trauma-informed care</li> <li>Experience caring for LGBTQ+ patients, including gender-affirming care</li> <li>Experience in women’s health, dermatology, primary care, or integrative medicine</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Work Location</strong></h1> <p>This role is based in our <strong><a href="https://asktia.com/locations/tia-pasadena" target="_blank">Pasadena </a></strong>clinic. #LI-Onsite</p> <h1><strong>Compensation</strong></h1> <p>Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
