ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently followed</li> <li data-section-id="66rng7" data-start="1275" data-end="1360">Drive incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)</li> <li data-section-id="12dsc8k" data-start="1361" data-end="1469">Maintain EHS data, KPIs, and reporting;
