This role will oversee both New Product Development and Product Improvements for domestic and international markets. Work is executed from concept through launch and post-launch updates, aligned with REP’s New Product Introduction (NPI) framework.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Product Development, with experience coordinating cross-functional product development efforts across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. They will be skilled in strategizing, balancing multiple priorities, and navigating the fast-paced and ever-evolving demands of product development. This role is expected to proactively identify gaps in existing processes, take initiative in defining solutions, and work cross-functionally—in partnership with the Project Management Lead—to implement improvements that support successful project execution.   Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.    <ul> <li> Lead end-to-end execution of New Product Development and Product Improvement projects, owning timelines, deliverables, and overall project success.</li> <li> Build, maintain, and drive integrated project plans that coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, supply chain, and manufacturing activities.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional execution by setting clear expectations, aggressively following up on deliverables, and holding internal teams and vendors accountable to timelines, risks, and commitments.</li> <li>Serve as the voice of the project by driving readiness at each key phase, gate, and handoff, ensuring teams deliver on commitments and escalating when alignment or execution breaks down. </li> <li> Proactively identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in project execution or existing processes, and partner with the Project Management Lead and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions. </li> <li>Actively manage and push external vendors and manufacturing partners to meet aggressive timelines, escalating issues quickly and ensuring accountability for delays, quality issues, and missed deliverables.</li> <li>Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making, visibility, and timely escalation when needed. </li> </ul> What You Will Bring:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
