This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.</p> <p><strong>Automotive Technicians – we’ve got your covered! </strong>We offer free health insurance for you and your family, paid training, competitive hourly rates and a busy shop – maximize your productivity and maximize your earnings!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> <li>Paid sick leave</li> <li>Paid vacation</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>401(k) matching</li> <li>Flexible spending account</li> <li>Professional development assistance</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Employee assistance plan</li> <li>Disability insurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the day-to-day workflow of the tire and alignment team to support efficiency, quality, and timely vehicle completion</li> <li>Coordinate with the Service Department to prioritize vehicles requiring tire and alignment services</li> <li>Partner with the Parts Department regarding tire pricing, inventory, availability, and special orders</li> <li>Work closely with technicians to identify vehicles that are ready for tire or alignment work</li> <li>Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive tire shop workflow at all times</li> <li>Perform hands-on tire services including mounting, balancing, repairing, replacing, and installing tires and wheels</li> <li>Assist with moving vehicles in and out of the shop as needed to support workflow</li> <li>Process tire claims on behalf of service advisors</li> <li>Inspect vehicles in the service drive to identify tires that may need replacement</li> <li>Communicate with service advisors regarding approved work, recommended services, and upsold tire or alignment jobs</li> <li>Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and report unsafe conditions promptly</li> <li>Support a customer-focused culture by demonstrating professionalism, urgency, and ownership in daily work</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two years of hands-on tire service experience, including mounting, balancing, repairing, and installing tires</li> <li>Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and alignment fundamentals</li> <li>Ability to identify tire wear patterns and recognize related mechanical issues</li> <li>Experience using tire machines, balancers, alignment equipment, and standard shop tools safely and effectively</li> <li>Ability to organize workflow, coordinate priorities, and support team productivity in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Service, Parts, and technician teams</li> <li>High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail</li> <li>Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional internal and external customer service</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay:&nbsp;</strong>$25 - $30 per hour + bonuses based on performance.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We attract, nurture, and retain the most talented people in the industry by providing the highest quality work environment where productivity, creativity, and personal and professional growth can flourish.
