The Team Leader is also responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diesel engines and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues in diesel engines and vehicles.</li> <li>Conduct thorough inspections of diesel engines and vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.</li> <li>Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve complex engine problems.</li> <li>Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li> <li>Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred</li> <li>Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, components and diagnostics</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Pay</strong>: $153,000 - $172,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc.&nbsp; The hourly rate for this position is $33.80/hr.&nbsp; Flag rates are used for purposes of earning bonuses and range from $49.00 to $52.00 per flag hour based on experience.&nbsp; Bonuses range from $69,200 to $82,800 per year based on performance.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We attract, nurture, and retain the most talented people in the industry by providing the highest quality work environment where productivity, creativity, and personal and professional growth can flourish.
