Operates in a cross-functional environment and ensures that the schedule supports program objectives, complies with client, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and integrates Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies where required. Closely collaborates with the full Integrated Product Team (IPT), maintaining accountability for the overall program schedule and critical path.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead schedule development and baseline processes aligned to program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and program scope.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with industry and government standards flowed down by contract (e.g., DCMA 14-Point Assessment, IPMR/IPMDAR, EIA-748).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to integrate functional plans into the IMS.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the implementation and maintenance of EVMS schedule-related components including baseline control, status updates, and forecasting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular schedule status reviews with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and functional leads.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and analyze schedule variances and critical path impacts;
