About the Role

<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leads the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and establishes a standardized program management framework across the organization. Provides strategic leadership for program planning, scheduling, and performance reporting, earned value management, risk and opportunity management, change management, and program controls to ensure a successful execution of programs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Defines and executes a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap and maintains enterprise program management processes, tools, and governance while overseeing the Program Scheduling and Program Planning &amp; Control (PP&amp;C) teams. Working closely with Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership, ensuring programs are executed consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and contractual requirements.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Applies organizational change management strategies to drive cultural adoption of new PMO governance, overcoming resistance and coaching teams through the transition from legacy processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Architects, leads and manages the PMO, establishing governance, standards, and best practices for program execution across the organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops, implements, and continuously improves standardized program management processes, procedures, templates, and tools and ensures seamless integration with finance and ERP system.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Directs and manages Program Schedulers and Program Planning &amp; Control (PP&amp;C) personnel, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establishes and maintains Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) standards and ensures schedules accurately reflect program scope, resources, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures consistent implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and support DFARS-compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices, where applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversees program planning, cost and schedule performance measurement, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establishes schedule and capacity confirmation protocols during the proposal, planning, and execution phases of all programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops and maintains dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), executive reports, and management metrics to support informed business decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partners with Integrated Program Team to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting throughout the program lifecycle.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborates with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure alignment between program execution and business objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitors program performance across the portfolio, identifying trends, resource constraints, and execution risks while recommending corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on program execution, planning accuracy, forecasting, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures compliance with company policies, customer requirements, government regulations, and contractual obligations related to program management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentors PMO staff and Control Account Managers (CAMs) on program management best practices, planning methodologies, and program controls.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Competencies:</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Greenpoint Core Competencies</u></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Personal Responsibility</u></strong> - You maintain clear leadership philosophy and build consensus around organization values; Certification</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of aerospace or defense program management experience with 5 years of leadership experience managing program controls, scheduling, PMO functions, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aviation background and aircraft interior experience required.
