<div> <div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q"> <div> </div> <div>Join our team!</div> </div> </div>   We are seeking an Assembler I to join our team!  This role is responsible for assembling construction machines and equipment, including but not limited to mounting, drilling, grinding, altering and aligning assemblies and subassemblies.    Location: Lewisville, TX Schedule: Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00/hour Work Environment: Non-Climate-Controlled Warehouse <hr> Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Assembly & Disassembly <ul> <li>Read and follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine parts and sequence of operations.</li> <li>Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before starting work.</li> <li>Use hand and power tools to file, buff, lap, and fit components with precision.</li> <li>Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face bolt holes using drill presses and portable power drills.</li> <li>Align, position, and adjust parts for accurate fitting and final assembly.</li> </ul>   Quality Assurance & Testing <ul> <li>Inspect and test completed units to ensure proper fit, tolerances, and compliance with specifications.</li> <li>Identify and resolve assembly problems by modifying parts within allowable tolerances and escalating as needed.</li> <li>Apply nameplates and identifying information to completed units.</li> </ul>   Team Contribution & Flexibility <ul> <li>Support the team by assisting with other assembly tasks and cross-functional duties as required.</li> <li>Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and company guidelines.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li> </ul>   Qualifications: <ul> <li>At least 6 months to 1 year of mechanical or fabrication experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.</li> <li>Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and written work instructions.</li> <li>Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to operate hand tools and power tools.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.</li> </ul> <hr> Physical Requirements & Work Environment: This position is performed in a non-climate-controlled industrial warehouse setting with exposure to loud noise, moving equipment, and temperature fluctuations.
