This position will be instrumental in helping the business scale across critical, high-priority roles.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end to end hiring strategy for tech and/or non-tech critical roles</li> <li>Source passive talent through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.</li> <li>Engage with potential candidates and screen for alignment, availability, and interest level</li> <li>Provide a world-class recruiting experience to each candidate regardless of outcome</li> <li>Employ creative sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent</li> <li>Manage candidate funnel and determine quality activity needed at the top of the funnelto exceed hiring metrics</li> <li>Ensure candidates move through the interview pipeline in a timely manner, following upwith hiring managers when necessary</li> <li>Schedule Interviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of relevant recruiting experience</li> <li>Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and strategy</li> <li>Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing experience</li> <li>Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process</li> <li>Demonstrated the ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with leaders, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress</li> <li>Ability to engage candidates through targeted email and LinkedIn outreach, and pitch Ethos and roles over the phone in an accurate and exciting way</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">#LI-Hybrid</span></strong></p> <p><strong>#<span data-sheets-root="1">LI-PA1</span></strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
