You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability across the business.</p> <p>As part of this high-impact team, you will work cross-functionally with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to identify opportunities, build models, and solve complex business challenges.</p> <p>This role offers exposure to the company’s executive leadership and provides a strong foundation for careers in <strong>strategy, business operations, and financial leadership</strong> within a fast-scaling global startup.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate key business problems and strategic initiatives; develop actionable insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams on high-impact projects.<br>Build and maintain financial and operational models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions.<br>Track key performance indicators for the business and identify improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Support annual and quarterly business reviews, financial planning, and cross-functional initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with the US-based Finance &amp; Strategy team to ensure alignment on global goals and metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA in Finance, Strategy, or a related specialization.</li> <li>2–3 years of prior experience (including pre-MBA or internship experience) in areas such as:<br><br></li> <ul> <li>Financial analysis, strategy, or business planning</li> <li>Consulting projects or internships focused on operations, finance, or market strategy</li> <li>Analytical or problem-solving roles in corporate, startup, or technology environments<br><br></li> </ul> <li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>Excellent command of <strong>Excel</strong>; familiarity with <strong>SQL or data visualization tools</strong> is an advantage.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a&nbsp;<strong>hybrid setup (3 days/week in the Bangalore office).</strong></li> </ul> <p><span data-sheets-root="1"><em>#LI-Hybrid</em><br></span><span data-sheets-root="1"><em>#LI-SK2</em></span><strong><span data-sheets-root="1"><br></span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
