We're looking for a Financial Analyst - FP&A / Modeling to join our growing Business Solutions consulting practice. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who wants to expand beyond traditional FP&A and gain hands-on experience implementing industry-leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for clients across a variety of industries. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and solution architects, helping organizations transform their planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes through modern technology and best practices. This is a remote position located in the continental US. <h2>What You'll Do</h2> As part of our EPM consulting team, you will help clients improve financial performance by leveraging technology, data, and business insights.  <ul> <li>Learn and become proficient in the Board EPM platform</li> <li>Support the design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutions</li> <li>Assist with solution architecture, planning, and requirements gathering activities</li> <li>Partner with senior consultants on client engagements, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives</li> <li>Build and maintain financial models, planning applications, and reporting solutions</li> <li>Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities</li> <li>Create training materials, user documentation, and process documentation</li> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with clients to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes</li> <li>Participate in ongoing learning and certification programs</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>2-4 years of professional experience in: <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;">Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (required)</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;">Financial modeling and business analysis (required)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong Excel skills, including: <ul> <li>Financial modeling</li> <li>Pivot tables</li> <li>Data analysis and reporting</li> </ul> </li> <li>Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes</li> <li>Knowledge of data structures and multidimensional data concepts</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a consulting team</li> <li>Strong client-facing professionalism and communication skills</li> <li>Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies and business concepts</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in a consulting or advisory environment</li> <li>Exposure to EPM/CPM platforms such as: <ul> <li>Board</li> <li>OneStream</li> <li>Anaplan</li> <li>Workday Adaptive Planning</li> <li>Oracle EPM</li> <li>Prophix</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience supporting budgeting, planning, forecasting, or financial transformation initiatives</li> <li>Exposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools</li> </ul> <h2>What Will Make You Stand Out</h2> <ul> <li>Previous consulting experience</li> <li>Hands-on EPM implementation experience</li> <li>Power BI or Tableau experience</li> <li>Experience supporting finance transformation or digital transformation projects</li> <li>Professional certifications related to finance, accounting, analytics, or EPM platforms</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling expertise</li> </ul> If you're excited about combining finance, data, technology, and consulting to help organizations solve complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.   No agencies or third-party submissions, please.
