<p><strong>Bespoke Production Messenger</strong></p> <p><strong>About Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. The Bespoke Production Messenger will deliver and pick up orders (loose diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, and finished jewelry) on time.&nbsp; This position will support our Bespoke Production team and the company.&nbsp; The ideal candidate can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Securely delivers and promptly picks up orders from diamond vendors and production shops (loose diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, and finished jewelry).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Plans and organizes the most efficient and expedient route from and to the intended locations (5th to 6th Ave and 44th to 48th Street area).</li> <li>Obtains required signatures, receipt, and paperwork.</li> <li>Maintains accurate tracking records&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other related office duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to maintain accurate records.</li> <li>Ability to maintain the safety and security of all deliveries and pickups.</li> <li>Ability to understand and follow directions.</li> <li>Team player, can-do attitude, no task too small - assists and supports colleagues as needed</li> <li>Continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of walking.</li> <li>Must be able to perform deliveries in all types of weather.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time role located in midtown NYC</li> <li>Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm,&nbsp;with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours&nbsp;</li> <li>Health, Vision &amp; Dental Insurance for full-time employees</li> <li>We offer generous employee discounts on our fine jewelry</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
