This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Product Management, Operations, and HR to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to analyze consolidated and product-line financial performance against budget and prior periods<br>• Analyze trends and variances, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for improved business results<br>• Build and manage short-term forecasts for P&amp;L, cash flow, inventory, and capital expenditures<br>• Lead and coordinate the annual budget and five-year planning process, including timelines, inputs, and assumptions<br>• Design and deploy planning tools for variable costs, plant fixed costs, and corporate expense cost centers<br>• Partner with G&amp;A leaders to develop, review, and consolidate expense proposals<br>• Collaborate with Human Resources on headcount, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and relocation cost planning<br>• Work with Product Management to model sales, revenue, and margin plans by product line<br>• Consolidate, analyze, and report budget, forecast, and long-range plan data for leadership, shareholders, and the Board of Directors<br>• Prepare high-quality financial presentations for leadership reviews, board meetings, QBRs, and ad hoc analyses<br>• Load and validate annual budgets within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity<br>• Fulfill periodic shareholder and regulatory financial reporting requirements<br>• Maintain strong working knowledge of ERP and financial systems, leveraging automation to improve FP&amp;A efficiency<br>• Evaluate and recommend FP&amp;A tools and process improvements that enhance planning and reporting effectiveness<br>• Support Finance leadership with KPIs, long-term trend analysis, and special projects as needed</p> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<br>• Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&amp;A<br>• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills<br>• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills<br>• Proficiency with Excel and PC-based financial tools<br>• Experience working with automated accounting or ERP systems<br>• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision<br>• Fluency in English, written and verbal</p> <p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong><br>• Experience with JD Edwards OneWorld or similar ERP platforms<br>• Exposure to business intelligence or financial reporting tools (e.g., Spreadsheet Server, BI platforms)<br>• Experience supporting budgeting and long-range planning in a manufacturing or technology environment<br>• Familiarity with shareholder or board-level financial reporting</p> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="125" data-end="144"><strong data-start="125" data-end="142">What We Offer</strong></p> <ul data-start="146" data-end="583"> <li data-start="146" data-end="212"> <p data-start="148" data-end="212">Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential</p> </li> <li data-start="214" data-end="232"> <p data-start="216" data-end="232">4 weeks of PTO</p> </li> <li data-start="234" data-end="270"> <p data-start="236" data-end="270">Health, dental, and vision plans</p> </li> <li data-start="272" data-end="349"> <p data-start="274" data-end="349">401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match and planning resources</p> </li> <li data-start="351" data-end="410"> <p data-start="353" data-end="410">Collaborative, team-based culture that fuels innovation</p> </li> <li data-start="412" data-end="504"> <p data-start="414" data-end="504">Paid time off, holidays, and employee recognition programs celebrating your achievements</p> </li> <li data-start="506" data-end="583"> <p data-start="508" data-end="583">Community engagement and STEM outreach opportunities to give back locally</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;">US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
