In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily workflow and guide production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li> <li>Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency across the department</li> <li>Coach team members, enforce policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer deadlines</li> <li>Play a key role in process improvement, documentation, and team development</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and assign work based on the production tracker and shipping schedule</li> <li>Monitor workflow and adjust personnel assignments to meet changing priorities</li> <li>Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while enforcing company policies and procedures</li> <li>Review and approve Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) for accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality</li> <li>Track and report on cost reduction strategies and operational metrics</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments to meet customer order deadlines</li> <li>Maintain and approve time and production records; supervise Paylocity time entries</li> <li>Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations across the team</li> <li>Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment usage to increase efficiency</li> <li>Support training and development of team members and lead substitutes</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and process improvements</li> <li>Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance personnel</li> <li>Oversee tool serialization and inventory tracking</li> <li>Participate in fixture testing and approval processes with Quality and Engineering teams</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li> <li>Proven ability to supervise and guide 50–100 production employees</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and timekeeping systems</li> <li>Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration</li> <li>Commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation with shift-based incentives</li> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans</li> <li>Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance</li> <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match</li> <li>A collaborative, team-based culture focused on growth and development</li> <li>Opportunities for leadership training and advancement</li> <li>Inclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
