The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it. </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div>The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring continuity of material supply and production readiness for our Energy Operations in Sparks, NV. This role sits at the intersection of inbound logistics, NPI change management, supplier quality, and material planning — and is the operational continuity point that keeps builds on schedule and the floor free from supply-driven stoppages. The position partners closely with engineering, quality, logistics, and the Global Supply Management team to execute the production plan, maintain accurate inventory, and resolve issues before they reach the line. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple urgent workstreams simultaneously, and a bias toward proactive communication over reactive escalation.  Responsibilities will include:   <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
