The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it.</strong></span></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Material Flow Supervisor</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Material Flow Supervisor is a leadership role on the Operations and Inventory Planning team at Redwood Materials. This person will coordinate the efficient movement of materials to support production, coordinate the receipt of raw materials, and prepare shipment of finished goods.  The Material Flow Supervisor will also build a team of Material Handlers, and mentor for professional growth and operational excellence.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities will include: &nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead, coach, and develop a team of associates to ensure shipping and receiving requirements are achieved.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for safety compliance and training, especially as it pertains to material handling equipment.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage the internal flow of material to support production requirements.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Receive inbound shipments from suppliers of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and material replenishment.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate monthly physical inventory audits and work with the inventory control team to ensure that cycle counts are completed.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System and create reports to support management decision making.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW10911839 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW10911839 BCX0">Desired Qualifications: </span></span><span class="EOP Selected SCXW10911839 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors degree preferred&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience in warehousing and material flow required.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience storing and transporting dangerous goods preferred.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place&nbsp;</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The position is full-time.
