This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the <strong>Securities Services domain</strong>, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.</p> <p>This project is with a leading bank as a<strong> Project Manager for Fund Tokenization &amp; Digital Assets.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for digital asset and tokenisation initiatives, including custody and asset lifecycle processes.</li> <li>Design, document, and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, and end‑to‑end process maps.</li> <li>Work closely with Product, Technology, and TA Operations teams to refine requirements and finalise process implementation.</li> <li>Support end‑to‑end process analysis across the tokenised asset lifecycle, from onboarding and issuance to custody, settlement, and reporting.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business, regulatory, and technology requirements for tokenisation programmes.</li> <li>Ensure regulatory, control, and audit requirements are reflected in documentation and delivery artefacts. Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and technology teams to support successful delivery.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERTISE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking or Consultant delivering projects within financial services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working on digital assets, tokenisation, securities services, or related regulatory initiatives is highly desirable.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.</li> <li> <div>Demonstrated experience producing BRDs, process flows, and functional documentation.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Understanding of regulated environments and control requirements within banking or asset servicing domains.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
