It’s a traveling technical career path. You’ll receive immersive training and work alongside experienced technicians performing specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on mission-critical fluid and gas systems. Every project is different. One week you may be working at a semiconductor facility, the next supporting aerospace manufacturing. Expect: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Extensive travel to project sites across the U.S.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on work with specialized equipment and chemical processes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Rapid skill development and certifications</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Opportunities to grow into senior technician or leadership roles</li> </ul> Travel requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">80%+ travel nationwide</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">30–50% night shift work</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Overtime, weekends, holidays, and short-notice travel may be required</li> </ul> What You’ll Do As part of a field service team, you will: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set up and operate specialized equipment for chemical cleaning and passivation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Safely handle process chemicals such as citric acid and caustics</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use PPE and follow strict safety and compliance procedures</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Load, transport, and unload project equipment and materials</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive company vehicles to job sites (vans, trucks, forklifts)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform hands-on work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain organized workspaces aligned with 5S/CEO standards</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete OSHA and internal safety training</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support mission-critical customer facilities across the country</li> </ul> Who Thrives in This Role We hire for attitude and train for success.
