What You’ll Do: As an Associate Field Technician, you’ll get immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. You’ll learn to perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on fluid and gas systems that support mission-critical operations. This role requires over 80% overnight travel, including 30-50% night shifts and must be available to work significant overtime including holidays, weekends & short notice. ***$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*** Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set up and operate specialized equipment for cleaning & passivation of vessels and piping</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with hazardous chemicals such as citric acid and caustics in a safe, compliant manner</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Handle chemical processes safely using PPE and according to company protocol</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Load/unload equipment and chemicals for each project</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive company vehicles to customer job sites (trucks, vans, forklift, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform physical work in diverse environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain organized, clean workspaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standards</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete OSHA and company safety training, and follow all safety procedures</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Travel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required) including holidays, weekends & short notice</li> </ul> Who We’re Looking For:  We hire for attitude and train for success.
