You will define the technology vision, lead a high-performing engineering organization, and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions that enable intelligent, autonomous supply chain decision-making.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation Agentic AI platform for Supply Chain Management.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Build AI-powered applications across Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Inventory Optimization, and Master Data Management.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Drive the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and product evolution.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 AI and software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI products.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Define the long-term technology roadmap for AI-driven supply chain applications and ensure alignment with business strategy.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Establish engineering best practices, scalable architecture, and high-quality software delivery standards.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Stay at the forefront of advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and enterprise AI architectures, driving innovation across the product portfolio.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>18+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, with significant leadership experience.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Proven experience building Supply Chain Management (SCM) products, particularly in:</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Demand Forecasting / Demand Planning</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Inventory Management</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Inventory Optimization</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Replenishment</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Master Data Management</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div> <p>Hands-on experience designing and building Agentic AI platforms and AI-powered enterprise applications (mandatory).</p> </div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Strong background in AI/ML, Large Language Models, AI agents, and modern AI architectures.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise SaaS products from concept through production.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering organizations.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Strong architectural, technical, and product leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills.</div> <div id="x_Signature"></div> <div>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
