This role will begin as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.</p> <p>Candidates with trade certifications or extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work may be considered for higher compensation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Property Maintenance &amp; Repairs<br>Perform general interior and exterior maintenance tasks<br>Complete basic repairs including painting, drywall patching, and minor carpentry work<br>Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance issues as needed<br>Conduct routine property walks to identify maintenance or safety concerns<br>Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner<br>Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and exterior spaces<br>Assist with leaf blowing, debris removal, and general property upkeep<br>Support preventive maintenance projects and routine community maintenance<br>Safely operate maintenance tools and equipment</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Property Operations Support<br>Communicate maintenance concerns and project updates to management<br>Coordinate with vendors and onsite staff as needed<br>Ensure all work is completed safely and according to community standards<br>Respond professionally to resident and management requests</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Experience<br>Previous maintenance, facilities, porter, or property upkeep experience preferred<br>Experience in condominium, HOA, apartment, hotel, or multifamily properties is a plus</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Skills &amp; Abilities<br>Basic knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry preferred<br>Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently<br>Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required<br>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day<br>Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset<br>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Other Requirements<br>Reliable transportation required<br>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.<br>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions<br>Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned schedule consistently</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong><br>Part-Time Schedule to Start:<br>Monday / Wednesday / Friday<br>OR<br>Tuesday / Thursday</p> <p>Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time schedule based on performance and community needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong><br>$20.00–$26.00 per hour DOE<br>Part-Time Position with Full-Time Growth Opportunity<br>Higher compensation may be considered for licensed or highly experienced candidates<br>Supportive team environment<br>Opportunity for long-term growth with Rise AMG</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Why Join Rise AMG?</p> <p>At Rise AMG, we value dependable employees who take pride in their work and contribute positively to the communities we manage.
